Delivery

We deliver goods only to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

Delivery methods

– standart delivery through Omniva 5eur;

– home delivery via courier service 10eur;

– free delivery in Vilnius it is also possible to pick up in Vilnius in person.

Orders worth 50eur or more are delivered free of charge to all cities.

The goods are prepared for delivery or pick up within 7 working days, in unforeseen circumstances the preparation can be extended, necessarily informing about it in person.

General information

– The Buyer, at the time of ordering, choosing one of the specified delivery methods, undertaking to indicate full address, postal code, telephone number and other necessary information.
– The Seller is not responsible for incorrect contact details.
– In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller (force majeure).

Returning the goods

1. Dried flowers are non-refundable, other goods can be returned within 5 days from the date of receive of the goods. Only unused and undamaged goods can be returned. The Buyer pays for the returning of such goods.
2. The Buyer must inform about the return of the goods by e-mail info@cozydets.com. If the undamaged goods are returned within 5 days from the date of receive of the goods, the Seller returns the amount paid for the goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer.
3. If the consignment is delivered to the Buyer in a damaged package, the contents of the consignment are damaged or do not correspond to the quantity of the ordered items, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller within 5 days of receive of the goods by e-mail info@cozydets.com. If the Buyer within 5 days fails to inform the Seller about damaged package & damaged content of the consignment or discrepancy between the quantity of ordered items, Seller is not responsible for the required refund of poor quality goods or the amount paid.
4. By agreement between the Seller and the Buyer, in the circumstances specified in clause 3 and after sending a complaint within 5 days, the Seller returns the amount paid for the goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer or changes the order to the same goods of the same value. In case of suitable goods and their replacement, the Seller pays the shipping costs.
